| Will Evans is our Diamond Springs driver and on behalf of those in our office that interact with him, I would like to commend him for the great job he does. Will is an excellent representative of Diamond Springs, as we've had a great relationship with your company for over three years now. Always smiling, always willing to go out of his way to deliver something we've forgotten or run out of; he is just a really good guy. I was speaking to Will in the lobby of the building a few weeks ago and after he had gone, two ladies who worked for another company in our building, noted that he also serviced their office and what a nice guy he was. Basically mirroring my comments above. Usually the only reason a company gets a call or email about an employees conduct, is to complain, but this is one instance where I just wanted to acknowledge Will for all the good things that he does. We always look forward to his scheduled delivery and although we aren't a huge account for Diamond Springs, Will always treats us like we are his best customer. That type of customer service is what will help some companies to survive this horrific economic downturn. Thank you for allowing me to give Will these accolades; he certainly deserves them. |

| Hello! I have just received my first installation of Diamond Springs water service and water gallons! Steve called the night before to confirm delivery @ 7:30 AM. Steve was extremely professional, punctual and cordial. Steve answered any possible questions regarding my service. Steve is very knowledgeable and efficient. Before Steve left, he confirmed the proper operation of the hot water component to ensure customer satisfaction. I am pleased to be a customer of Diamond Springs after Steve's commitment to excellence. I feel assured of continued professionalism and confirmed deliveries in the future. | I had written you a bit earlier regarding our work accounts but wanted to take a minute now to do something I've been meaning to do for some time.
My husband and I have a cooler at our home in Marshville. I just wanted to let you know how very much we appreciate the gentleman that delivers our water. He always calls and lets us know he's coming and never fails to arrive. He is extremely courteous and my husband really enjoys seeing him come by. He is such an asset to your company and we wanted to just let you know that! |
