Use the Refreshment Order forms below to tell us exactly what you want Diamond Springs to deliver on our next visit.  Print out the form that's right for you; Standard Refreshment Form for conventional coffee brewers, or the K-Cup Refreshment form for the Keurig Single Cup Gourmet Brewers.  Both forms contain all the other great Diamond Springs refreshment options of tea, soda, juice, other instant beverages along with all the creamer and sweetener varieties you need.  Enter the desired quantity for each item you need as they get low, and fax it to our office at 704-393-0967 at least two days before your next delivery date and we'll have it all ready for your delivery.
