Q Is it really spring water?
  
Diamond Springs Spring Water comes from carefully protected natural springs in North Carolina.   The spring water is naturally purified as it flows underground and up to the earth's surface.  Our spring water sources are inspected, tested and certified to bring you the best tasting, highest quality spring water. Q Do you offer other types of water besides spring water?

Q How does online ordering work?

Q Why should I rent a water cooler from Diamond Springs?

Choosing water cooler service from Diamond Springs means you are getting a dependable, high quality unit backed by fast, local, hassle free service.  We offer a wide variety of colors and styles to choose from.  We service all of our coolers and will deliver a replacement should any problems arise with your equipment.

Buying a Diamond Springs water cooler means buying a quality product with a warranty and service!  All of our water coolers come with a 1-5 year limited warranty and Diamond Springs services and repairs what we sell.  Because water coolers are refrigeration units, repairs can be extremely costly.  If you purchase your cooler elsewhere and something goes wrong, it can be very expensive to repair if you don't have a warranty.  Also, all Diamond Springs water coolers are high quality and made with stainless steel interior parts, not cheap plastic parts like some discount coolers.  This means a water cooler from Diamond Springs will keep your water tasting clean and natural.

Q What if I already own a water cooler?

If you own your own water cooler, you can still receive free delivery on any items in our full line of bottled water products.  Order online or call 800-869-5476.


Q Do I need to be home to receive my water deliveries and water cooler?
   A 
IF YOU RENT A WATER COOLER: If you rent a water cooler from Diamond Springs, we will install it in your home or office and show you exactly how your cooler works.  We will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time for your new cooler.  After the initial installation, you do not need to be home for deliveries.  (Please see Water Service Delivery below).
   A  WATER DELIVERY SERVICE ONLY: It is not necessary to be there when your water is delivered.  Simply select a location at your home or office and our route salesman will leave your water there each time.  If you are going to receive regular deliveries, you can leave your empty bottles in the same location and your route salesman will replace them with new bottles of water.  Your next scheduled delivery will always be on the bottom of your delivery ticket. 

Q How often will I receive my water delivery?
   A 
You will have a regular delivery schedule.  Initially, deliveries will be on a two-week schedule for commercial customers and a four-week schedule for residential customers.  Depending on your usage, your route salesman will work with you to maintain your stock and create the right schedule for you.  Your next delivery date will be on the bottom of your delivery ticket.  If you need to change your delivery schedule, speak to your route salesman or call our office at 800-869-5476.

Q What if I run out of water before my next delivery?

If you run out of water before your next scheduled delivery, please call our office at 800-869-5476 and we will arrange a special delivery as soon as possible.

Q Is there a service agreement for water service and cooler rental?
   A 
There is a 1-year service agreement for water cooler rentals and a 2-year service agreement for Drinking Water Systems.  There is no requirement of a signed agreement for water service only.

Q Why am I charged a bottle deposit on my initial order?
   A 
On your initial delivery there is a deposit for each 3 or 5 gallon bottle you receive.  After the initial delivery, there is no deposit if the number of full bottles delivered equals the number of empty bottles you return.  If you return more bottles thanyou receive you will be credited for the difference.  If you receive more bottles than you return, there will be a deposit charged for the difference.  If you discontinue service and return all of your empty bottles, your bottle deposits will be credited to your account.

Q My water cooler looks a little dirty, how can I clean my water cooler?

Q My water cooler is leaking.
   A 
When a leak appears from a bottled water cooler, 99 times out of 100 it is due to a defective water bottle.  After many cycles of cleaning and sanitizing, polycarbonate bottles sometimes develop a tiny fracture or a pinhole.  While a bottle with a small fracture or a pin hole may initially hold water, once it is placed on a cooler and the water level drops during use it cannot hold the vacuum which develops.  It is this vacuum that keeps the water in the inverted bottle. 

   A  Do not always assume the Water Cooler is responsible.  To determine whether a bottle is leaking, remove it and check the cooler reservoir.  If the reservoir is full, leakage is probable due to a fractured bottle.  To confirm this, allow the cooler to sit without the bottle and without anyone using it for a couple of hours.  If the water level remains the same in the reservoir, the bottle is defective.  You can then empty the resovoir and place a new bottle on the cooler.  Mark the damaged bottle with a permanent marker and the word "LEAKER" and return it to your route salesman.  We will replace the bottle at no charge.
