I would first like to thank Jim for stopping by our office last Friday and letting me know about the new coffee machine Diamond Springs offers. Everyone here is excited about the taste of the coffees and teas. We seem to be drinking more since it was put in. Also I would like to let you know that we absolutely love our Diamond Springs water. I have personally put one in at my home because of the amount of water everyone drinks from the cooler. I truly believe the water or amount we drink is helping to keep us all healthier. At home I use the water bottles with added fluoride and know it is helping us all to have better dental check-ups. My experience with Diamond Springs the company has been absolutely wonderful. Service and satisfaction is 120%. The staff and delivery people are knowledgeable, helpful and always follow through on what they say. I totally believe everyone should use Diamond Springs.

I wanted to take a moment and write a small letter of recognition about our contact with Diamond Springs, and Larry. Larry comes in here with a big smile on his face and a friendly word to everyone. He is always upbeat and pleasant and we look forward to seeing his happy face. This week when he came in, we were moving tables and chairs into our break room. He saw us and took the time to help us move everything into the room. We didn't ask him to help us, he just did. Your company is very fortunate to have someone of his caliber working for you. He is definitely an asset to Diamond Springs.

I would like to let others know that Diamond Springs' customer service ROCKS! For example, I called this afternoon and made a tentative appointment to have my coffee brewer connected to our existing water cooler. Without knowing, I was approached by the owner of my company and asked to call Diamond Springs back to ask if they could come out the same day but rush it! I spoke with Stephanie, Rosalind and Jim. Throughout my phone calls I received nothing but the BEST service and professionalism. I received a phone call back from both Jim and Stephanie to confirm that they would have someone out today...as in 20 minutes! WOW, how great is that? I can't stress enough how happy I was to hear that and to be treated like the most important client at the moment.
Then Steve came out...he is awesome! He is fast, knowledgeable and listens to your every need. Thanks to all of you for the special attention you gave us. Furthermore, the owner Marty is a pleasure to know and be associated with. He obviously has a great vision for his customers and is seeking those opportunities to serve them everyday. Keep up the good work...You are the best!

Our experience with Diamond Springs has been nothing short of fantastic. Diamond Springs has been a sponsor of the 24 Hours of Booty for the last few years and they have done a wonderful job in providing water to all our participants and volunteers - always leaving everyone fully hydrated. We have worked with Jim on all of our event needs and he continues to impress us as he goes out of his way to ensure that everyone involved in the event is well taken care of. We've enjoyed the service so much at the event that we have now become customers! Everyone at Diamond Springs is great to work with as their service is unmatched. We are glad to be with a great company like Diamond Springs.

He is very personable and always, always eager to help us in anyway with our water situation. It is just really nice to have someone come into your office with his kind of attitude. We looked into all the water and coffee delivery services that are offered in the Charlotte area and found that Diamond Springs Water was the best choice. Not only did they offer us the best value for their quality products, but they also have delivered on their service. The initial Sales Representative helped us choose the right products and services for our needs. The Route Salesman is friendly and courteous and makes his deliveries as scheduled. When calling the Customer Service center we are able to reach an actual person who is polite, professional and helpful. Diamond Springs has stuck to their word and delivered what they said they would, and when they said they would! We have been so satisfied with Diamond Springs that we have referred others to Diamond Springs as well.

Thank you for giving us great service. We appreciate your Route Sales representatives in that they are always looking to help. Many times my bottle was just about empty, my route rep always says, "finish up what's there and I'll change it for you". It may seem like a small favor but it shows that your employees care about the customer and are willing to do what ever it takes to make the customer happy. You have a loyal lifelong customer.
